The Company

So what exactly is Milloz?

Milloz Foods is an India-based millet company that owns the whole chain — we sign up the farmers, buy the grain off their land, clean and mill it ourselves, and turn it into products people actually want to eat.

That means when you order from us, you’re not buying from a trader who bought from a trader. You’re buying from the people who know which field it came from.

B2B first. D2C where it makes sense. Singapore already on the books.

Farmers first, not last

Assured procurement and long-term contracts, so growing millets is actually worth a farmer’s season.

Same quality, every batch

In-house cleaning, grading and milling under standardised controls. No surprises at your end.

Scales when you do

Consumer packs to container loads. Same spec, same traceability, whatever the volume.

The Range

Three things. Done properly.

Every one of them starts as grain bought directly off an Indian farm.

How It Works

Field to forklift, in four moves.

1

We sign the farmers

Long-term contracts with farmers, farmer groups and FPOs across India’s millet belts.

2

We buy off the land

Grain bought direct — no trader chain, so more of the money stays on the farm.

3

We process it ourselves

Cleaning, sorting, grading, milling and baking in-house, to one standard.

4

We ship it to you

Distributors, canteens, hotels, importers, private label — packed to your spec.

Why Millets

Less water. More fibre. Older than rice.

Millets fed this country for eight thousand years before rice and wheat took over. They’re high in fibre, minerals and complex carbs — and they grow on a fraction of the water, in soil and weather that would finish other cereals.

Which makes them a rare thing: better for the person eating them, and better for the person growing them.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

What’s your minimum order?

It depends on the category and the destination. Bulk grain and flour move in sacks and container loads; cookies have a lower institutional MOQ. Tell us the volume and we’ll come back with exact numbers.

Can you do private label?

Yes. Your brand, our sourcing, milling and packing. We’ll work to your spec on formulation, format and packaging.

Do you export?

We do — quality-assured and documentation-ready for international B2B buyers. We’re already supplying B2B clients in Singapore, and we’re actively opening up more markets.

Where does the grain actually come from?

Directly from farmers, farmer groups and FPOs in the belts where each variety grows best — bajra from Rajasthan, ragi from Karnataka, kodo from Madhya Pradesh, and so on. Traceable from farm to finished product.

Can we buy your cookies for our office pantry?

Yes — the cookies are available in bulk and institutional formats for office canteens, corporate kitchens, cafes, restaurants, hotels and catering partners.

How fast can you supply?

Lead times vary by volume, specification and season. Because we hold long-term sourcing contracts rather than buying spot, we can hold supply steady even when the market moves. Ask us for indicative timelines.

Let’s Talk
